Culberson specializes in the Industrial sector of Commercial Real Estate in the Capital District, Hudson Valley, and across Upstate New York. This includes both sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation) along with investment and redevelopment of parcels. Client requirements range in size from 10,000 square feet and include transactions in excess of 1,000,000 square feet.

Entering the industry in 2008, Culberson is uniquely distinguished by his eager and aggressive nature to perform for his clients. He has been able to successfully secure clients with his dedicated work ethic and unwavering commitment to meet his client’s needs.

Culberson has developed an extensive book of commercial business representing local, regional, and national tenants, landlords, investment buyers, and owner-user buyers. He has developed successful relationships with a variety of national cooperating brokers including Colliers International, Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield, Mohr Partners, and various other national and regional tenant representative brokers. Culberson completed over $100 million in transactional volume in both 2020 and 2021, catapulting him to a top producer in Upstate New York with over $400 million in career transactional volume.

Culberson obtained his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®) designation in 2016—a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.

Education

Culberson received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and completed his New York State Associates License at the Manfred Real Estate School. He received his SIOR designation in 2016.
