Description: In 2017, Rosenblum Companies acquired one of the largest Class A and B portfolios in the Capital District. Tyler and Dan Slote were insightful in the initial underwriting of the acquisition and later selected as the exclusive industrial portfolio leasing team. The industrial acquisition included a mix of class A and B properties which Tyler and Dan have worked to improve occupancy rates and lease rates on behalf of the landlord.
