Description: After Tyler made contact with Duravent, through his exhaustive cold calling routine, a need was identified by the client to expand their manufacturing and distribution footprint to 150,000 square feet within the Capital District. A complete comparative analysis was done comparing existing building options with new construction. This analysis took into account not only financial components but also physical components that may affect work force accessibility. The result was a relocation to an existing renovated 138,000 square foot manufacturing facility and a 15-year lease term.
